Home, sweet home!

We're home, and it's back to real. normal. life tomorrow. It was a great Bluegrass...different, yet fun...but we're glad to be back home. We're watching the Packers game tonight (not doing so well and it's the 4th quarter) and resting up. I'll post pictures soon :)

AND...while you wait for the Bluegrass pictures. Here are a few we just took this afternoon out at my parents to capture our little man at his eight month mark! There is usually wheat in the field behind their house, but this year they planted sunflowers and they are so beautiful!

  1. WOW! Eight months already!! But I say that every month, don't I?!!

Anyway, I am SO jealous of those sunflowers!! I had big plans for a sunflower shoot when we were back in KS this month, but since the trip didn't happen, my photo shoot didn't either! BUMMER!

Welcome back to reality!! Hope you enjoyed every minute of Bluegrass!! :)

  2. Welcome back! The sunflower fields are gorgeous. Had no idea they actually planted sunflower fields - in Indiana we only get ugly corn and soy beans.

And Barrett is really growing. When I first started following your blog he was 4 months - just a little guy then - he's now turning into a little boy!
